Brief:
To create an extensive number of visual effects shots on this three part documentary which detailed the history and evolution of terrorist technology over the course of the troubles.

Solution:
Using lightwave 3d, over an eight week period, big gun created over 25 effects for the 3 part series. These ranged from 3d maps, to compositing and blowing up CG vehicles and actors, to highly detailed trips into the bombs themselves. Despite working within a tight budget, and given the nature of the effects, an extremely tight deadline we were able to deliver effects of a quality and quantity which to our knowledge is still unequaled in a documentary for irish television.
